Frequently Asked Questions
Whether you bought your hot tub, whirlpool or spa from us or one of our competitors, one of our skilled sales associates or service professionals would be happy to assist you. That being said, every “hot tub situation” is different. Please let us know your needs, and we’ll be very happy to get back to you.
What are your Store Hours?
Generally, we’re open 7 days a week (except for the major federal holidays) from Noon – 7pm. Sometimes we hang around the showroom a little later on the weekends during the summer to play darts or foosball. If the sign is on, someone is here so drop on by!
May I schedule a “test soak”?
Our “Test Soaks” are on a temporary pause. Unfortunately, some community members abused our policy. Or maybe we were just too generous. So that’s on us!
But if you seriously want to test out one of our models, we’re sure we could work something out.
Is this a “real book” Shawn is working on?
Yes, 100%! But he’s been hit with a bit of writer’s block lately and he wants to finish it so he’s putting up this website as a way to motivate him to limp across the finish line.
Is this just another one of his Time Travel pranks?
Excuse me? I’m sorry… a Time Travel prank?! I don’t know who’s been feeding your head with lies or misinformation, but I’ve never misrepresented myself as anything but a hilarious stoner with an overactive imagination and a deep sense of belief that tomorrow might just be a little better than today.
So what’s it about, though, really?
Jeez. Have some patience. I can’t tell you that yet. Please just let me finish it first. I believe deeply in you (I hope you know that) so can’t you just believe in me or at the very least just cheer me on a little bit from afar?
